1788 Farmhouse Renovation & Expansion | Massachusetts 2020- today

This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a historic 1788 farmhouse, blending preservation of its character with modern functionality, comfort, and accessibility. The scope included a full interior and exterior reorganization, notably relocating the entrance and parking area, which not only improved circulation but also created complete privacy from the neighboring property.

Interior upgrades included full renovation of two bathrooms with heated floors and ADA-compliant design, as well as a total conversion of the garage into a family room adjacent to the kitchen. This new space opens to a spacious, flexible living area ideal for family gatherings and entertaining friends.
