Modern Farmhouse Renovation | Massachusetts (2023)
This project focused on the comprehensive reorganization of a private residence to improve spatial efficiency, functionality, and everyday living quality. The design reconfigured room uses and circulation patterns to better support contemporary family life while enhancing visual continuity throughout the home.
The scope included a full renovation of bathrooms, complete laundry room redesign, and the creation of a dedicated mudroom entry zone with integrated storage. The dining room was remodeled to incorporate a new breakfast area, strengthening the relationship between kitchen and living spaces and improving daily usability. A coordinated full paint schedule was developed to reinforce architectural rhythm, light reflection, and material cohesion.
The basement was fully transformed into livable space, incorporating a new laundry area, guest bedroom, play area, and a complete bathroom with tub and shower, significantly expanding the functional footprint of the home.
As lead architect, I managed the project from concept through construction documentation and coordination, delivering a cohesive interior environment aligned with both aesthetic clarity and practical performance.
